PRESS RELEASE: Senya Crushers New Senya 5 with MADE IN USA Features
Senya Crushers is extremely proud to release the next generation Senya 5 in it’s MICRO Crusher Lineup!
The Senya 5 is the next generation of Senya Crushers flagship Senya 3 model that has revolutionized aggregate processing for the small to mid-sized contractor, concrete, asphalt, demolition, glass and granite scrap recyclers, and natural stone processors.
Perfecting the MICRO Crushers after their move of production to the USA last year, the new Senya 5 is loaded with cutting edge technologies as we continue to lead the world in MICRO Crushing technology. Our massive crushing power harnessed on such a small chassis has been no small engineering feat. Crushing is a rough business with the tremendous impact and vibration of our machines designed to handle the hardest of material without slowing down. Our few competitors crushers are designed with relatively soft concrete as the primary material to process, our crushers eat it like popcorn!
From the vibration isolators throughout the machine even down to cushioning the CPU of the generator powering the machine, the vibration mitigation is unprecedented. This leads to unsurpassed durability, reliability, and longevity. There is nothing close to the diesel over electric configuration our MICRO Crushers utilize in efficiency as well. Our new Senya 5 runs all day long on less than $50 of fuel, the only daily operation cost. No def fluid, no constant hydrauilic or direct drive engine issues common on crushers using those systems. Even the larger crusher manufacturers are following our lead of diesel over electric for all of these reasons, even though the larger chassis of the bigger machines have far less of a challenge in vibration mitigation.
Built on the same highly portable USA made DOT VIN’d trailer as the Senya 3, the new Senya 5 features a larger 12” x 21” jaw opening producing significantly more tons per hour then it’s Senya 3 predecessor. This significantly larger jaw opening greatly reduces material prep time while cranking out up to 50 tons per hour! The approximately 20% increase in sticker price gets you almost double the production capacity, and it’s still easily pulled with a pickup. With overbuilt axles, heavy duty rims, and 16 ply tires, you can roll down the highway at 70 mph with the only concern of getting a speeding ticket!
Another major improvement has been the double-triple air filtration system, absolutely crucial in crushing in such a compact environment where the dust production is so close to the power plant. The engine side of the generator utilizes a dual stage cannister filter preceded by Enginaire’s industry leading centrifugal air pre-filters which reduce 80% of all dust and particles before the air even enters the cartridge filter. The alternator side of the generator requires twice the air flow so we incorporate the same protection with dual systems of the same. All utilize airflow sensors that shut down the generator when the filters need to be changed for the ultimate in protection for the legendary Yanmar engine powering the 40KW generator. The importance and value of such protection, especially in the harsh and extreme environment of crushing and on our MICRO Crushers compact environment simply can’t be understated.
Additional MADE IN USA features include 1” steel wear plates on our hopper and feeder tray, another key toward maximum production rates as well as reliability. It’s important to “keep your crusher well fed” and to have no concern for loading material quickly and constantly toward that end. In fact, the harder you work our Senya 5 the better as it helps to maintain and regenerate the Tier 4 final Diesel Particulate exhaust filter automatically.

The single piece integrated motor mount and jaw frame has been a game changer in the vibration reduction as well, removing 80% of the effect of the impact and vibration in the compacrt crushing environment. The Senya 5 also comes with 6 quick drop down legs and 4” x 2’ x 2’ footpads standard with every machine as the “shock absorbers” of your crusher providing an extremely stable platform for crushing.
Additional upgrades include oversized vibratory motors on the feeder and heavy duty reinforced mounts, the tradional proven reliable way to feed a jaw crusher for maximum production. The single piece 5 channel drive belt on the massive flywheels provide the ultimate in gripping power as well as eliminating the possibility of belt “rollover”.
The MADE IN USA chassis feature a break away electric break system for the highest level in safety while transporting, and also come with a DOT Certificate of Manufacture with VIN for easy titling. LED Brake and running lighting give maximum life ensuring safety as well. The standard 3” Lunette ring hookup allows for easy hookup and smooth ride. Heavy Duty 8 lug rims and 16 ply tires provide the ultimate in safety and durability when utilizing the greatest feature of all on our MICRO Crushers, their portability.
The Senya 5 continues the use of industry leader Moeller polyethylene fuel tanks MADE IN USA, another key protection in the harsh and extreme environment of crushing in a compact environment.
The Senya 5 is powered by the 40KW Yanmar engine generator in it’s cutting edge diesel over electric technology. With no hydraulics or direct drive issues to worry about, the crusher runs on 4 electric motors- the flywheel/jaw drive motor, the discharge conveyor motor, and the two vibratory feeder motors. The true beauty is in the simplicity of the basic design of the machine, personally designed by our owner. There is simply very little to go wrong!
The 40K generator provides way more than the power required to run the crusher alone. The MICRO Screen plant sorting three sizes of material and even up to 3 MICRO Stacker conveyors can all be run off the same generator in the crusher, all designed for plug and crush compatibility. There’s even enough power left over for the optional step down transformer upgrade providing 20 amps of 220v or 30 amps of 110v on site service!
Every Senya 5 comes with brackets incorporated into the frame for the optional magnetic metals removal conveyor. The Senya 5 easily handles all wire and rebar and this self cleaning option pulls all metals from the discharge conveyor and automatically tosses it in a pile on the side of the crusher.
There is also a dust suppression system optional upgrade. It’s a two stage system depending on available water supply. The first are water misters down the discharge conveyor for decent dust suppression with this part of the system using only about 8 gallons per hour when there is limited water available. For situations with direct water line hook up or large tanks, there are three higher volume sprayers at the beginning of the discharge conveyor that take the dust to basically zero, and down the entire MICRO Plant line if the MICRO Screen Plant and MICRO Conveyor are being used. The end material almost looks like it been washed it’s so clean. They can both be used simitaneously for the ultimate dust suppression or adjusted individually depending on water supply.
As we are very proud to be making the Senya 5 with our own two hands right here in Raleigh NC, all parts and components are in stock as well providing immediate parts shipment and delivery.
Along with the move of production to the USA we have made a substantial commitment to carrying more inventory in our MICRO Crusher lineup with the goal of always having our MICRO Plant machinery in stock all the time. In the event that our growth exceeds our production, it will now only be a few short weeks to get back in stock versus the months of sea cargo shipments and lead times.
